Since May 23, 2022 we have changed our ticketing tool and thus integrate our support services into our IT-HEARTBEAT Services integrated.
With the optimized support service, we offer you improved processes and new functions - without any additional costs on your side.

- New ticket portal at https://support.it-heartbeat.ch
- You can still view the status of tickets via ticket link
- In addition, you can request access (login) for cross-company tickets and thus have an overview of all tickets
- You can still reach us via e-mail support@fricomp.li
- Your contact persons and our support quality remain the same
- SLA customers additionally benefit from automatic ticket prioritization and documented response times with the new system
